Retours & Remboursements
1. Droit de rétractation de 14 jours
Vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier votre décision ni à payer de pénalités.
Ce délai commence à courir à compter du jour où vous, ou un tiers désigné par vous (autre que le transporteur), prenez physiquement possession des produits.
Base légale : article L.221-18 du Code de la consommation.
2. Conditions de retour
Pour être éligible à un retour :
Les produits doivent être non ouverts, non utilisés et en parfait état, avec leur emballage d’origine, leurs étiquettes et tous leurs accessoires ;
Cartes et produits scellés (Booster Box, Blister Pack, etc.) : tout produit ouvert ou dont le scellé a été endommagé ne peut pas être retourné ;
Vêtements et sacs : les articles ne doivent pas avoir été portés ni lavés et ne doivent présenter aucune odeur, tache ou trace de maquillage.
3. Frais de retour
En règle générale, les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
Toutefois, si le produit est défectueux, si nous avons envoyé le mauvais article ou si le produit reçu ne correspond pas à votre commande, les frais de retour seront pris en charge par nos soins.
4. Remboursement
Après réception et vérification de votre retour (3 à 5 jours ouvrés), le remboursement sera effectué dans un délai de 14 jours, via le moyen de paiement utilisé lors de la commande.
Les frais de livraison standard initialement payés seront remboursés ;
Si vous avez choisi une livraison express ou une option plus coûteuse, le supplément correspondant ne sera pas remboursé.
5. Produits non retournables
Les produits suivants ne peuvent pas être retournés :
Les produits personnalisés ou fabriqués spécialement à votre demande ;
Les enregistrements audio, vidéo ou logiciels scellés ayant été ouverts après livraison ;
Les cartes à collectionner ou blind boxes dont le film de protection, l’emballage ou le scellé a été ouvert.
